Reservations
All inquires and reservations are made by email to sales@finlandholidays.fi. The tour confirmation will be sent when all the services included in the tour are confirmed by the suppliers.
Prices
The tour prices are in Euros (€). Prices are per person in double/twin rooms. Extra services such as single rooms, flights from your homecountry, etc. are possible for an extra fee. The confirmed tour price and the amount of deposit will be informed to the customer.
Partners
Finland-Holidays is cooperating with approved and responsible travel partners. We carefully choose our busines partners to give you the best possible holiday. We stay in contact with them to keep the quality high and improve the customers experience.
Passport and visa
Finland is member of the European Union and part of the Schengen area. The client must have a valid passport when travelling to Finland. The client must check possible visa requirement from the nearest Finnish Embassy. The tour operator is not responsible for missed travel documents.
Changes and cancellations
Once a tour is confirmed, certain changes are only possible for an extra fee. The guide for change and cancellation fees will be sent with the confirmation. The tour operator can cancel the tour in cases such as force majeure, strikes, weather conditions.
